Privacy policy

This policy describes how AxisOS collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with our platform. It also outlines the choices you have about your data.

Data collection

We collect only the data required to deliver, secure, and improve AxisOS. You control what operational systems and knowledge sources connect to your workspace.

  • Account and billing details provided during onboarding.
  • Workflow telemetry that helps monitor AI employee activity and reliability.
  • Optional product analytics, which you can disable at any time from the admin console.

Processing & storage

AxisOS isolates customer data at the tenant level. Records remain encrypted in transit and at rest, with keys managed through a dedicated KMS.

  • Production services run in regionally redundant data centers located in the United States and European Union.
  • We never blend your proprietary prompts or documents into shared model training pipelines.
  • Customer-controlled retention policies let you tune automated deletion windows for interaction logs.

Your controls

Admins decide how data flows through AxisOS. Every integration, prompt, and human handoff can be reviewed and approved before activation.

  • Role-based permissions govern who can invite teammates, adjust workflows, or access sensitive data.
  • You can request an export or deletion of your workspace data at any time; we respond within 30 days.
  • Dedicated compliance add-ons support custom DPAs, SCCs, and regional hosting preferences.

Terms of service

These terms govern the relationship between your organization and AxisOS. By activating an account, you agree to comply with these responsibilities and restrictions.

Using AxisOS

You are responsible for how your organization configures AI employees and the content they generate. AxisOS provides guardrails, but you must enforce your own acceptable-use policies.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your company to these terms.
  • Do not probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service, and do not attempt to access another tenant's data.
  • AxisOS reserves the right to suspend access for abuse, security concerns, or unpaid invoices.

Intellectual property

AxisOS owns the platform, user interface, workflow templates, and related documentation. You own the data, prompts, and outputs generated by your workspace.

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AxisOS while your subscription remains active.
  • You may build extensions or integrations, but they must comply with our developer policies and applicable laws.
  • Feedback you provide can be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Subscriptions & termination

Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. When a subscription ends, we provide a 30-day grace period to export your workspace before secure deletion.

  • Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur finance charges or service suspension.
  • Either party can terminate the agreement for a material breach not cured within 15 days of notice.
  • Certain sections, including confidentiality, indemnification, and limitation of liability, survive termination.
